This rich delightfully, delicious Keto Fluff Pudding dessert offers the perfect ending to a meal. Light and fresh, the flavors match well for a tasty low carb, keto dessert.

I am always on the hunt for a something sweet after dinner. Anytime I go on a diet, I cannot resist a little temptation and there is no exception with the Keto diet. I like this Keto Fluff Pudding because it only takes 10 minutes to prepare making it working-mom friendly and kid approved.

Deliciously, Easy Keto Fluff Pudding Dessert

Candied Pecan Topping:

1/2 cup pecans, chopped
2 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp low carb sweetener

Lemon Pudding Mix:

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 package sugar-free lemon pudding mix
5 drops Lemon Vitality Essential Oil


1 oz dark chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup berries


Candied Pecan Topping:
  1. Chop pecans finely.
  2. Add pecans, butter and low carb sweetener to pan and sauté on medium for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Stir occasionally so as not to burn the pecans.
Lemon Pudding Mix:
  1. Beat heavy whipping cream in bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Once soft peaks start to form, quickly add the sugar-free lemon pudding mix and continue to beat.
  3. While those two ingredients are mixing, add 5 drops of Lemon Vitality Essential Oil.
  4. After the 30 seconds, or when the mixture begins to thicken, immediately stop to ensure the heavy whipping cream is not “over-whipped”.
  1. Take Lemon Pudding Mix and separate into 6 bowls.
  2. Add Candied Pecan Topping to each bowl.
  3. Serve
  1. Chop dark chocolate and berries.
  2. Sprinkle on top of each bowl for more flavor and color.
